The Ontario Provincial Police has begun an investigation after a video containing racial slurs was posted online.
The video which was shared on Facebook, seemed screen recorded, shows a man seen standing outside his car. In the video, a woman began yelling at the man, calling him a “fugly P*ki”. She then starts explaining, in the video, how she dumped a milkshake on his car.
“They’re so f**king fugly looking,” she said in the video. “They’re nasty, they stink.”
Wasaga Beach Mayor Nina Bifolchi reacted to the video, saying she was disgusted by the behaviour and language used. “This is not reflective of Wasaga Beach. This type of hateful and racist language has no place here or anywhere else. To the individuals subjected to this incident, I offer a sincere apology on behalf of our community,” the mayor added, as reported by CTV News.
The video is posted below, and contains racial slurs.
Several commenters on the social media post were shocked at this woman’s behaviour, saying that she is not a reflection of the people in their town.
CTV News Barrie has reported that this is now an open police investigation and that an investigator has been assigned to the case.

Meanwhile, the woman wants everyone to know she is remorseful. “It’d be nice that everyone could forgive and forget.
