April 21, 2023 – Mississauaga | MainstreamCanadian.ca – The biggest box office cinematic sensation from Pakistan: The Legend of Maula Jatt is set for re-release this Eid on fans’ demand across the globe, announced the media team via their social media pages on Eid today.
The Legend of Maula Jatt is a 2022 Pakistani Punjabi-language action drama cinematic feature directed and written by Bilal Lashari. The movie is based on the iconic 1979 Pakistani film “Maula Jatt,” but the producers do not categorize it as either a remake or a sequel. The production of the movie is credited to Ammara Hikmat and Asad Jamil Khan, under the production company Lashari Films and Encyclomedia.
The star cast includes Fawad Khan, with Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaima Malik, Faris Shafi and Mahira Khan.
The movie is being re-released on popular demand across international markets in the US, UK, Canada and UAE.
In Mississauga, ON. Canada, the movie will be running during Eid days at the Central Parkway Cinema at Burnhamthorpe Road.
