Where are the new COVID-19 cases in Ontario?
On Monday, as per Public Health Ontario, Toronto and Peel Region reported 51 new cases, while Ottawa reported 24 new cases.
New patients’ age group (Ontario): The majority were between the ages of 20 and 39 with forty-three cases. 16 new cases were reported in people under the age of 20, while 14 were recorded in those above the age of 60.
“Today, Ontario is reporting 105 cases of #COVID19, a 0.3% increase as the province processed nearly 18,800 tests. Locally, 30 of Ontario’s 34 public health units are reporting five or fewer cases, with 19 reporting no new cases“, the Health Minister, Christine Elliot, stated in her tweet today.
